I love his broad shoulders, how there is so much room for me to just be; I love his shy grin when I flirt with him at dinner, his tentative grasp when I hold his hand. I love how when I tell him something about poetry or art he listens, really listens. I like when he is impressed by me. I like his sarcasm. I love how he opens car doors, pulls out chairs, offers me his coat. I love how he never lets me lift a finger. I love how his first question is always what I would like. I like when we banter; and I love when he teases me, sweetly….
